Gobble-dy gobble
Work has been interesting lately. That's all i think i really need to say about it. It's just interesting.
Speaking of work, Happy Thanksgiving! I'm thankful for:
1. Not having to work today!
2. Finding out that on Friday some international Dominoes team is going to try for the world record Domino topple. It will be 4.5 million Dominoes and it will take about an hour and a half for them all to fall if everything goes as planned. Now why have I been spending the last few years of my life in college and not on the international Dominoes circuit?
3. My friends and family. Way to effin rock! Special thanks to Todd, as well.
4. Gates, Manning, Johnson, and the comeback of Cadillac. I may not really know anything about fantasy football, but through Derek and Todd's tips and a little luck, I'm not doing so badly.
5. Sleep.
6. Being done with school soon so I can sleep more.
7. Soccer. At least for the time being. I may have to start working on Thursday nights if I get a full time job.
8. Love. Not just mine but everyone around me who is in love. A guy from work was telling me last night about how he proposed to his wife like 3 years ago and he still lit up when he told the story. That's love.
9. My grandma who loves me enough to make a little bit of ham on holidays like Thanksgiving because she knows I don't like turkey.
10. Finally making it to 10 because I'm still kinda tired and I wanted to make a list of ten but I couldn't really think of things because it's still early. But there really are other things I'm thankful for. Just not in the AM, I guess.
Final thought of the day:
Four-point-five million dominoes. One-and-a-half hours of insanity. I think I get nervous when I get ready to topple 10 dominoes that takes 1 second to finish. Hopefully these people have thought far enough ahead to make sure there are heart monitors nearby in case someone starts to freak out from nerves.
effin dominoes.
